30 days to return anything unused.
You can return anything unused within 30 days for a full refund, to your original payment method. Bring it back to the shop, or post it to us at the address on our contact page.
Faulty or damaged
If something arrives broken or develops a fault, email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund you, including postage.
Your rights
This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
